- The Pesticide Bureau, in the Division of Regulatory and Consumer Services
of the Department of Agricultural Resources, carries out the day to day
responsibilities of regulating pesticides in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The Pesticide Bureau also acts as support staff for the Pesticide Board
and Subcommittee. The major functions of the Bureau are broken down into
specific programs.
