The Pesticide Program fees associated with exam registration, licensing, license renewals, product registration and product registration renewals were last modified on February 1, 2010. As permitted under State Law, Regulations 801 CMR 4.02, the Secretary within The Executive Office for Administration and Finance signed the current fee structure into regulation on December 25, 2009 and the below outlined fees went into effect on February 1, 2010.
