Provider Organizations that are subject to 958 CMR 6.00 and 957 CMR 11.00 must complete and submit materials for the 2017 filing by Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at 5:00 PM. Provider Organizations that are subject to 958 CMR 6.00 and 957 CMR 11.00 and have not yet registered with the MA-RPO program should contact program staff at HPC-RPO@state.ma.us.
The Data Submission Manual (DSM) is an administrative bulletin published by the MA-RPO program pursuant to 958 CMR 6.05(1) and 957 CMR 11.07. The 2017 DSM contains the data elements and submission instructions for the 2017 Filing.

Blank templates for the Physician Roster file, the Financial Statements file, and the Alternative Payment Method (APM) and Other Revenue file are available below. To promote standardization across the dataset, Provider Organizations will now be required to provide information that is accurate as of a specific date, rather than accurate as of the date of filing. Please refer to the DSM for further instructions for each file.
Templates used to import data as part of the 2015 filing will no longer work in the online submission platform. Program staff expects that Provider Organizations will be able to make any necessary updates directly in the online submission platform. Provider Organizations that would like to import data via Microsoft Excel templates (e.g., for the Contracting Affiliations file, the Facilities file, and the Clinical Affiliations file) should contact program staff.
The updated online submission platform for the 2017 filing is now live and can be accessed at the following link: https://chiasubmissions.chia.state.ma.us/. Provider Organizations that completed Initial Registration in 2015 have had their applications prepopulated with approved 2015 information. Users will be able to edit prepopulated information, including adding or deleting information, as appropriate.
Each individual that submitted a completed INET User Agreement to the MA-RPO program should use their existing user name and password to access the online submission platform. If additional users need to access the online submission platform, please complete the following form and email it to HPC-RPO@state.ma.us:

The MA-RPO program held training sessions on the 2017 filing requirements this spring that provided an overview of the MA-RPO program and the new files for the 2017 filing. Slides from the training sessions are available below.
One-on-one meetings are designed to assist Provider Organizations with specific questions about the filing requirements. The MA-RPO program will email Provider Organizations with available dates and times in the months leading up to the submission deadline.
The MA-RPO Program received comments from six organizations during the public comment period regarding the DSM. Each comment can be read in full at the links below.
