The Operational Services Division’s Legal, Policy and Compliance Office (LPC) oversees all legal and policy issues within OSD, including interpreting and ensuring compliance with OSD Statutory Authority, Regulations and Executive Orders and OSD policies, including OSD’s Procurement Information Center policies, Human and Social Service Policies, OSD Forms and other OSD Policies.  LPC is also responsible for OSD Public Records Requests (for OSD records only), the Non-Profit Purchasing Programs , OSD press requests, legislative inquiries and issues related to integrity and compliance, including oversight of OSD’s Vendor Debarment List.  In addition, LPC includes the following units:
