Strategic Sourcing Services develops and manages statewide procurement objectives and sourcing strategies for implementation across state purchasing.  The resulting statewide contracts provide access to the goods and services state agencies and other public entities need to accomplish their missions.  The Operational Services Division (OSD) can help you get the most out of statewide contracts, determine if you are eligible to use them, and assist you in buying from Minority and Women-Owned Businesses and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business Enterprises, and  in purchasing environmentally friendly products.
