All local government agencies, non-profits and other eligible entities are using COMMBUYS to:
- Search and purchase from statewide contracts, look up vendors and post solicitations. (bids) A login ID is not necessary and training will be provided via elearning and job aids.
- Take advantage of the purchasing workflow that COMMBUYS supports. End users will log in to COMMBUYS to create Requisitions and Purchase Orders. Training will be provided via elearning and job aids.
- Post a bid in COMMBUYS and reach a wider range of vendors, end users will need to log in to COMMBUYS. Training will be provided via classroom instruction.
