• OSD Training Courses

    OSD offers a variety of free training opportunities for both the buying community (Commonwealth staff, municipalities, other public entities), and for the seller community (current vendors on statewide contract and other vendors wishing to do business with the Commonwealth). The schedule provides specific dates and times for each training.
  • OSD Regional Briefing & Luncheon Events - Holyoke and Barnstable

    OSD will be hosting two Regional Briefing and Luncheon Events for local purchasing officials and businesses. The first session will be on Thursday, November 6th in Holyoke and the second on Wednesday, November 12th in Barnstable. The vendor session will include Connecting Your Business to the Commonwealth, and for the purchasing staff, a discussion on OSD Programs and Services for municipalities and a COMMBUYS demonstration.

    OSD is providing an intensive Department Readiness Program that has been designed to support Executive Agencies with purchasing in COMMBUYS.

    SDP provides services to all SDP constituents including departments, municipalities, contractors, and Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs).
