MASSbuys is the largest Business to Government (B2G) event in the Commonwealth that provides Statewide Contract vendors the opportunity to network with public purchasing officials from government agencies, municipalities and other organizations who are eligible to purchase from Statewide Contracts. Why Exhibit?

The EXPO is a great way to meet your existing clients, establish new relationships and meet the Strategic Sourcing Services Leads (SSSLs).  To further enhance your company presence, consider choosing one of the available sponsorship opportunities (Diamond, Gold and Silver).  We are also offering unique sponsorships including: pens, lanyards, flash drives and tote bags. 


Exhibit Fees

This year we are making available a more diverse selection of exhibitor booths from 6' foot draped tables to 20x20 booths, depending on your company’s needs.  As a vendor on a statewide contract, you must exhibit in order to attend.

Booth Specifications: An exhibiting space consists of single or multiple carpeted booths.  Each booth includes: 8’ high back drape, 3’ side drapes (except 10x5), 9x10 carpet, 6’ draped table, two folding chairs, wastebasket, and a 7x44 one-line ID sign.

Each booth includes two (2) Name Badges covered by the Booth Registration Fee.  Diamond sponsorships include eight (8) Name Badges, and Gold sponsorships include four (4).  Additional Name Badges may be purchased for a fee of $25.00 each.

All exhibitors must register via the MASSbuys website at: www.mass.gov/osd/massbuys.
Sponsorship opportunities are also available to help increase your company's marketing exposure.

Please review the following:

  • Fees for all booths are due within 30 days from the date of the reservation.
  • Discounted exhibit fees apply only if booth fees are paid on or before March 15, 2012.
  • Booth reservations not paid within 30 days may be released into general inventory, at the discretion of show management for consideration by potential exhibitors
  • In all cases, booth payments must be made in full prior to the show.

Booth cancellation fees will be governed by the Policy Statement and Refund Policy identified on the MASSbuys website at: www.mass.gov/osd/massbuys and as outlined below:

Most payments are nonrefundable and must be received within 30 days of reserving the exhibit space. Refunds must be submitted in writing either electronically to MASSbuysadmin@state.ma.us  or via US mail addressed to MASSbuys Administrator, Operational Services Division, One Ashburton Place, Room 1017, Boston, MA 02108 and are subject to a 25% maximum fee based on booth fees in effect at the time of cancellation, or $350.00 after the program book closes, whichever is greater. The cancellation fee reflects the vendor's inclusion in event marketing materials.

MASSbuys offers an Online Exhibitor Service Manual which contains all important order forms for the preparation and organization of your company’s participation including both technical and promotional services.

You are advised to review the Online Exhibitor Service Manual carefully and thoroughly to ensure that all relevant matters are processed smoothly and arranged properly. We advise you to keep a copy of all the forms for your own reference so that queries can be clarified immediately should they arise. We would be grateful if you can observe closely the deadlines of the forms for submission.
