Directions, Parking, and Attendee Entry into Gillette Stadium

Find a Gillette Stadium map with directions and parking information here pdf format of Map of Gillette Stadium
file size 1MB. The stadium offers free parking to MASSBUYS attendees. Park in or around Lot 22, near the W1 and W2 entrances located between the Renaissance Hotel and the Barracuda Water Tower. Due to the abundance of free parking at Gillette Stadium and a low participation rate in past years, OSD will not offer bus service to MASSBUYS.

Attendees will enter the stadium at the W1 entrance (See #2 on the Site Map). Look for the large digital display above the W1 entrance welcoming attendees to MASSBUYS. Doors will open at 8:00 a.m. Attendees will receive a badge specifying their lunch session, a complimentary tote bag, and a Program Directory upon entry.

General Guidance

Exhibitor booths will span both the east and west sides of the stadium on the Putnam Club level, necessitating a healthy amount of walking over the course of the day. Attendees are advised to wear comfortable shoes. Golf cart assistance will be available on the Concourse level for attendees requiring transport from one side of the stadium to the other. Locate stairwells, elevators, and restrooms - #5 on the Site Map.

In addition to complimentary breakfast and lunch choices, attendees also may purchase food throughout the day at the concession stands located on the south corner of the Putnam Club East ends of the Putnam Club level.

Gillette Stadium employees and OSD staff will be on hand to provide directional assistance throughout the day. Identify OSD staff by their referee shirts. OSD assistance also is available at the Information Booths  (#4 on the Site Map) and at the COMMBUYS/OSD Booth (#6 on the site Map). To help orient you to your position within the stadium, take note that the Gillette Stadium Lighthouse is at the north end of the stadium.

Breakfast

Complimentary continental breakfast will be available from 8:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. at each of the two Break Bars – one on the east side and one on the west side of the stadium (#3 on the Site Map). A small seating area is provided adjacent to each of the Break Bars.
