Supplier Diversity Program (SDP) FY2012 Quarterly Report
WBE Quarterly Report
Starting in FY2012, the Supplier Diversity Program (SDP) and Small Business Purchasing Program (SBPP) are providing quarterly reporting of expenditure totals for all Executive Departments. This report tracks state payments to Women Business Enterprises (WBE), the total discretionary budget for each department, each department’s benchmarks for spending with WBE firms, the actual quarterly expenditures for FY2012, and the year to date variance of actual spending compared to the benchmark shown in dollars and percentage of the benchmark. The FY2012 departmental goal for WBE has been set at 12% of the total discretionary budget.
MBE Quarterly Report
Starting in FY2012, the Supplier Diversity Program (SDP) and Small Business Purchasing Program (SBPP) are providing quarterly reporting of expenditure totals for all Executive Departments. This report tracks state payments to Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), the total discretionary budget for each department, each department’s benchmarks for spending with MBE firms, the actual quarterly expenditures for FY2012, and the year to date variance of actual spending compared to the benchmark shown in dollars and percentage of the benchmark. The FY2012 departmental goal for MBE has been set at 6% of the total discretionary budget.
SBPP Quarterly Report
Starting in FY2012, the Supplier Diversity Program (SDP) and Small Business Purchasing Program (SBPP) are providing quarterly reporting of expenditure totals for all Executive Departments. This report tracks state payments to SBPP participants, the total discretionary budget for each department, the actual SBPP expenditures for the first and second quarters of FY2012, the year to date total SBPP expenditures, and the total SBPP spending as a percentage of the discretionary budget. Currently there are no departmental goals for SBPP spending; SBPP goals will be implemented in FY2013.
Expenditure reports provide a breakdown of participating Executive departments' expenditures toward targets for each fiscal year. OSD Intranet users may view several reports involving Minority, Women-Owned or Small Business Enterprises spending in the areas of goods, services, construction, and design.
