The Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprise (SDVOBE) Program was established in to promote self-reliance among service-disabled veterans by offering such veterans who own and control business enterprises the opportunity to participate in state contracting activity; and to promote supplier diversity in public contracting. The program encourages the award of state contracts in a manner that develops and strengthens Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprise.
