The budget development process provides a valuable opportunity to engage with citizens and constituent groups about the many programs and initiatives that the Commonwealth manages or supports. Find times and locations for upcoming budget hearings across the state below.

Each hearing will begin with a short introductory presentation by the Secretary or senior staff. These presentations will include an overview of the Secretariat and its agencies' missions and activities, a summary of last year's spending, a synopsis of major program results, and a brief outline of the needs and priorities for the coming year. Hearings will then be open for testimony from the public.

At this year's budget hearings, we look forward to sharing data about the results our programs are achieving, and engaging with the public about how our state budget might be allocated to improve those results in the future.
