Your goal: Challenge yourself to incorporate at least two stress management activities or techniques into your daily routine, every day for 30 days.
Step 1: Using the Challenge Flier list , select at least two stress management activities or techniques to try each day.
Step 2: Each day of the challenge, track your stress management activity in the tracking form provided.
Step 3: Look for weekly stress management tips from your agency’s Wellness Champion.
Step 4: Return your completed tracking form to your Wellness Champion by the deadline.
Your Reward: Perform at least two stress management activities or techniques a day for 25 out of the 30 days, submit your tracking form to your agency’s wellness champion, and be entered to win one of two Stress Management Kits filled with an automated blood pressure cuff, yoga DVDs, and more!
