Important Notification Information for Applicants
Notices to appear to your assigned examination site will be mailed to applicants for this examination. You will also be able to get a copy of your notice to appear after October 3, 2011, by logging into the Human Resources Division . You will need to if you have not already created an account in the system. Please follow the instructions on How to Get a Copy of Your Notice to Appear for an Exam from SOARIS.
After the Examination
Exam scores are generally released 90 days after the test date. When the scores are released applicants will have 17 calendar days to appeal their experience score. Applicants can also request an answer sheet review. Please visit the Civil Service News & Updates section of our website for periodic updates and information pertaining to the release of exam scores and eligible list establishment.
Once the civil service departmental promotional eligible list is established by the Human Resources Division (HRD) it is mailed to the Appointing Authority in accordance with Public Safety Certification Delegation Procedures.
