As an applicant and/or current employee, MaCS allows you to go entirely paperless, increasing the efficiency and ease of applying for a Civil Service exam. You will scan and attach documents directly to your own Master Profile. Attached documents will remain a part of the Master Profile, eliminating the need for re-submission.
Just a few types of documents that can be retained as part of your Master Profile:
- Veteran’s Preference verification documents
- Fee Waiver forms and supporting documentation
- Employment & Experience Credit Claims and supporting documents
- College transcripts
- EMT licenses
