Important Notification Information for Registered Applicants
Notices to Appear for this examination will be mailed May 5, 2010, which will include your assigned examination site. You will be able to get a copy of your notice on May 6, 2010, by logging into the Human Resources Division . You will need to register as a first-time user if you have not already created an account for the system. Please follow the instructions on .
After the Examination
Exam scores are usually released 90 days after the test date. When the scores are released applicants will have 17 calendar days to appeal their experience score. Applicants can also request an answer sheet review. Please visit the Civil Service News & Updates section of our website for periodic updates and information pertaining to the release of exam scores and eligible list establishment.
Once the civil service eligible list is established by the Human Resources Division (HRD) and the department is preparing to fill vacancies, if your score is reached, you will receive a notice/postcard in the mail informing you of the date(s) that you should come to the office of the hiring department to sign the certification list. You can also view this notice/postcard contact information in your HRD account by selecting menu choice 3 - Applicant Issued Certifications.
Signing the certification list as willing to accept let's the department know that you are interested in being considered for appointment to the position. You will then go through the department's promotion process.
