The Executive Branch Fellowship Programs offer outstanding employees the opportunity to attend the Masters in Public Administration programs at Harvard University Kennedy School or Suffolk University Sawyer School. Participating in a fellowship program can be an extremely rewarding experience. Harvard Bradford Fellowship

Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts offer Executive Branch managers the opportunity to attend the University's Mid-Career Master in Public Administration Program. The program is designed for experienced professionals who are college graduates, and who are dedicated to public sector management. This fellowship provides a unique means to pursue a well-recognized program of study, enhancing management and public policy analysis skills, which are so vital within this state government environment. Fellowship recipients receive full tuition for the academic year and full salary while attending the MPA program. The fellowship is for the academic year September 2013 - May 2014, and includes the summer program in July/August 2013.
Employees interesting in applying for the Bradford Fellowship program must apply and be accepted at Harvard University Kennedy School and must apply separately for the fellowship program by completing the Harvard Bradford Fellowship - Application

Suffolk University Fellowship

Suffolk University and the Human Resources Division offer Executive Branch managers and senior professional staff the opportunity to attend the Frank Sawyer School of Management, Master in Public Administration Program (MPA). The MPA Program is designed for managers and senior professional staff who are college graduates. It provides the means for high performing employees to pursue a well-organized program of study to enhance management and public policy skills. The fellowship is for the academic year September 2013 – December 2014.
