SSTA Rollout #1 (April 2012)

The initial rollout of MassHR Self-Service Time and Attendance (SSTA) made available to over 700 employees in ten (10) agencies on April 25, 2012. At the same time, the MassHR Employee Service Center (ESC) – a new model for providing time reporting inquiry support was launched to assist employees in participating agencies. Participating agencies and colleges have the choice to select the MassHR Employee Service Center support which provides employees a single point of contact for Self-Service Time and Attendance support. Or, they may elect to maintain support services in house via HR/Payroll staff.
