FROM THE NORTH:
Take I-93 South to Exit 12 towards Neponset / Route 3A in Quincy. At the bottom of the ramp, merge onto Gallivan Blvd. Bear right at the lights onto the Neponset River Bridge. Stay to the right on the bridge and continue down the ramp onto Hancock Street. Harbor South Tower building is on the left immediately after the traffic light.
FROM THE SOUTH:
Take I-93 North towards Boston. Take Exit 9 towards Adams St/Milton/N. Quincy. Merge onto Willard Street. Continue straight through two sets of lights onto Granite Ave. Turn right at the next set of lights onto Squantum Street. Continue 1.3 miles and turn left at the lights onto Hancock Street. Harbor South Tower building is ½ mile on the right.
Guest parking is immediately to the right as you enter the lot. If there are no spaces, free on-site parking is available in the garage adjacent to the building and in the parking lot around the building. At the gate, press the intercom button and tell the security guard that you are attending a meeting at the MDDC on the 2nd floor. There are several handicapped accessible parking spots at the entrance and behind the building.
Take the Red Line subway (Braintree Line) to the North Quincy Center T Station. If walking, follow signs out to Hancock Street. Take a left on Hancock Street; Harbor South Tower is approximately a 5 minute walk.
There is a free ‘Neponset Landing’ shuttle from the MBTA station approximately every 15 minutes during commuter hours (6:15-9:40am and 2:45-7pm)
Harbor South Tower is a light grey 10-story office building located near the Neponset Bridge and across the street from a Dunkin’ Donuts.
Upon arrival, all visitors must sign in at the Security Desk.
