This Standing Order governs practice before the Contributory Retirement Appeal Board arising out of appeals to the Board from decisions of the Division of Administrative Law AppealsStanding Order 2008-2: Standing Order Conditionally Dismissing Certain Appeals for Lack of Prosecution
This Standing Order governs procedures for conditionally dismissing appeals where the appellant has failed timely to file exhibits and other papers required under paragraph 4.a(3) of Standing Order 2008-1.
