This site offers at least three ways to search for our decisions, alphabetically by name, by category and type, and using the Mass.Gov search engine to search decisions of A & F agencies. We have added enhancements which we hope will improve your search results such as such headings, case descriptions and other features designed to help you find the most relevant cases
In <strong>Decisions (Alphabetical)</strong> you will find all DALA cases listed alphabetically by the last name of the non-agency party.
In Decisions by Category, you will find DALA cases organized according to the following categories: Board of Registration in Medicine, Civil Service, Early Education and Care, Environmental, Fair Labor and Business Practices, Public Health and Retirement, and sub-categories within each of these. Here, we have also added a short recap of the holding of the case, to assist in your research.
Use the Mass.Gov search function to search the Mass.gov site, the A & F site only, or Decisions. This tool gives you access to all decisions on the A & F site, not just DALA's.
