As part of Governor Baker’s initiatives to support the ease of doing business in the Commonwealth, the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) is introducing a new online application process.  Beginning March 2016, contractors will be able to complete applications online using the ePLACE Portal.  The ePLACE Portal is a website that offers online services that help deliver more efficient, convenient, and interactive e-government services.

Special Notice to Contractors and Awarding Authorities

The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) has revised the Prime/General and Sub-bidder Update Statements effective January 1, 2010. Please note that due to a typographical error, there is a revised Sub-bidder Update Statement form which was issued February 5, 2010.

The main revisions were to ensure that bidders include information that was not disclosed on their most recent Application for Certificate of Eligibility filed with the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM).
Please be careful to read all instructions on these forms if you are a bidder on a project being bid pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 149 and/or 149A.
