  • Taunton Superior Court

    This project involves the study and design for the renovation of the Bristol Country Superior Court building at 9 Court Street in Taunton, MA.  The scope for the study will include: analysis of existing Superior Court services in the Taunton District of Bristol County, evaluation of program needs for the SC specifically related to the 2013 AOTC Strategic Plan and 2015 Courts Capital Master Plan, program finalization for the renovated building.

  • John Adams Courthouse - Social Law Library (Study)

    This project will assess current operations and space usage of the Social Law Library (SLL), located in the historic John Adams Courthouse in Boston, and make recommendations to ensure the SLL achieves its mission while maximizing efficiencies, technology, and use of space

  • Southern Middlesex Regional Justice Center

    This project involves the site development, study and design for a new Justice Center (22-25 court rooms) servicing the region of Southern Middlesex county.  Middlesex County has the largest population in MA, and some of the highest court filing and session volumes.

  • Trial Court - Courts Capital Master Plan-State-wide Master Plan

    Trial Court Master Plan provides a sustainable, strategic framework and recommendations for major capital investment of 100 court facilities, improving the quality, accessibility, security, dignity, and efficiencies and addressing prioritized shortcomings.  This Master Plan will result in a proposed bond bill for major capital investment.  Revisions to the Design Guidelines for Trial Courts will also be completed as part of this project.

  • Haverhill District Court-Various Improvements-Renovation

    This project addresses various deficiencies regarding accessibility, HVAC equipment, ventilation, building envelope, life safety and deferred maintenance.

  • Salem Probate and Family Court Building Renovation

    The Salem Family and Probate Court building consists of two major components: a historically-significant neoclassical structure built in 1909 and a modernist addition to that building, constructed in 1979.  This project involves a complete overhaul of the 1909 building as well as demolition and replacement of the 1979 addition with a new addition that will be better-suited to the space and program requirements of the court functions to be housed therein. 

  • New Lowell Trial Court

    The new Lowell Trial Court, proposed for the historic Hamilton Canal District of downtown Lowell, will provide state-of-the-art facilities for the Superior, District, Probate & Family, Juvenile, and Housing Courts of Middlesex County, Massachusetts. These departments, currently in inadequate facilities, will be consolidated into a single, efficient comprehensive justice facility, replacing two state-owned buildings and one private lease. There will be sixteen courtrooms with state-of-the-art security and technology features.
  • New Greenfield Trial Court

    New Greenfield Trial Court facility will house all five court department operations, Law Library and the Registry of Deeds in one facility. It will replace the existing under-sized and outdated courthouse and currently leased Juvenile and Housing Court space.

  • Salem Trial Court/J. Michael Ruane Judicial Center

    Salem Trial Court
    This project consists of a new state-of-the-art judicial facility on a 3.9 acre site between Federal, North and Bridge Streets in Salem, MA. The complex houses 11 court rooms with a large Jury Pool Room, 12 Detainee Cells in the Lower Level, the District Attorney’s Offices with a Grand Jury Room and administrative offices for 225 Staff, Security Officers and Judges.
  • New Taunton Trial Court

    Construction of the new Taunton Trial Court is now complete. The new courthouse contains eight courtrooms serving the District Court, Juvenile Court, Housing Court, and Probate & Family Court.
  • New Fall River Trial Court

    The new courthouse provides space for the Bristol County Superior Court criminal sessions and Fall River District Court, supplementing facilities at the former Durfee School already upgraded for the other Fall River court departments.
  • New Downtown Worcester Trial Court

    Worcester Trial Court Picture
    The new Worcester Trial Court on Main Street in downtown Worcester was completed during Summer 2007 and was officially dedicated on October 16, 2007.
  • New Plymouth Trial Court

    Plymouth Trial Court
    The recently completed Plymouth Trial Court is a state-of-the-art facility containing Superior, District, Juvenile, Housing and Probate & Family court departments.
