Environmental Projects

This Division of Fisheries and Wildlife (DFW) building will achieve zero net energy through solar photovoltaics and innovative mechanical systems as well as building envelope quality and reduction of all energy loads through building management.  The DFW is engaged in the management of fisheries and wildlife including research and education.

This project includes a new 11,400 square foot state-of-the-art lab addition for air and water quality testing as well as renovations to existing office space. This is the first update that the existing 1950s building has seen.

Construction of a new 40,000 sq. ft. indoor ice rink facility was completed in Revere at the old Cronin Rink site. The old facility, built in 1959, was demolished as part of this project

This project consisted of demolition and removal of existing stadium including grandstand and track at Dilboy Stadium in Somerville

A project to replace the existing Chelsea pool and bathhouse.
