  • Quinsigamond Community College - New Science and Technology Building

    This building will provide new science labs and instructional space, office and support space for existing science and technology programs and one 30 seat general use classroom.

  • Framingham State University - Upgrade to Science and Academic Facilities at Hemenway Hall

    This project features a four-story addition plus basement and an enclosed penthouse containing approximately 63,700 SF to Hemenway Hall.  The addition will house 16 teaching laboratories, including related prep and supply spaces, plus facility research spaces, joined to the existing facility by a four-story atrium space. The project also includes infrastructure upgrades and renovations to Hemenway Hall and Annex.

  • Massachusetts College of Art and Design - Center for Design+Media

    The project calls for transforming underutilized space within the Gym and Tower buildings into flexible and collaborative program spaces where a new interdisciplinary Design and Media curriculum can evolve. The CD+M project will create a new front door for the College and provide a transparent and luminous new identity for the institution on the Avenue of the Arts.
  • Fitchburg State University - Science Facility Modernization

    A full renovation and new 57,700 GSF addition for the Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Geo-physical Science departments is under way for the Condike Science Building at Fitchburg State University . Constructed in 1963, the building has served the College well, but the mechanical systems have reached the end of their useful lives and science programs have expanded to the point where the building is no longer able to meet the needs of the program. The complex will be Massachusetts LEED Plus.
  • Northern Essex Community College - Allied Health and Technology Building

    NECC Rendering
    NECC is planning a new facility in downtown Lawrence to accommodate increasing student enrollment and to expand the college's nursing and allied health programs, which among the most popular courses of study at NECC. This need is in conjunction with the city of Lawrence's goals of revitalizing the downtown area and increasing jobs with improved educational opportunities.

  • Salem State University - Library and Learning Commons

    This project was initiated in response to the closure of the existing library building due to structural issues. The goal of the project was to construct a New Library/Learning Commons of approximately 122,000 GSF to replace Salem State University's library facilities and consolidate student services.
  • Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts - New Center for Science and Innovation

    This project involved the study, design and construction of a new Center for Science and Innovation at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
  • Bridgewater State University - Science and Mathematics Center

    The project will provide new laboratories, classrooms, offices and support space for the biology, chemistry, physics, earth science, geography, math and computer science departments. Construction includes a 170,000 SF addition to the existing building, demolition of 60,000 SF of outdated space, and 40,000 SF of renovations.
  • Massachusetts Maritime Academy, Buzzards Bay - Library Modernization

    Construction of the new 41,741 square foot library building on the main campus of the Massachusetts Maritime Academy is now complete. With a footprint of approximately 15,000 square feet, the four story building has three occupied library levels and a mechanical mezzanine.
  • North Shore Community College - New Allied Health Center

    The new Allied Health Building will have three levels containing five general academic instruction spaces along with student and administrative support services. Nursing, physical and occupational therapy, radiology, respiratory and surgical care, and animal sciences along with the appropriate laboratory space are included in the design.
  • Greenfield Community College - Campus Core Modernization

    Complete renovation and an addition to the Core Section of the Main Building at Greenfield Community College. The 16,000 SF addition houses a cafeteria and an expanded library and provides a new accessible main entrance to the college. The renovated core includes a one stop enrollment center, a multicultural center, a cafeteria and a library/learning commons, and administrative spaces.
  • Bunker Hill Community College - Health And Wellness Center

    In November 2009, Bunker Hill Community College (BHCC) completed construction of a new Health & Wellness Center (H&WC), to help Greater Boston meet the need for health professionals into the 21st century. The H&WC has "smart" classrooms, faculty offices and spacious state-of-the-art "sim"-labs with high-tech manikins engineered to reflect various medical maladies for training students in a hospital setting. The H&WC also houses a gymnasium and a fitness center.
  • Cape Cod Community College - Lyndon P. Lorusso Applied Technology Center

    Cape Cod Community College Applied Technology Center
    In 2006, The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) completed construction on its first LEED-certified "green" building at Cape Cod Community College to house the college's information technology department. The Lyndon Lorusso Applied Technology Center is a three-story, state-of-the-art teaching and learning facility located within the ring-road that encircles the campus.

    Dwight Hall is a 1935 three-level masonry structure that houses administrative offices, classrooms, an auditorium and a gymnasium and contains entrances and exits on multiple levels . This construction project included major renovations in the auditorium and business offices and provides accessibility for the entire building especially as it relates to the adjacent new Athletic Facility.
  • Holyoke Community College - New Academic Building

    The Kittredge Center for Business and Technology features the Business Division, Center for Business and Professional Development, and Career Planning and Placement Center.
  • Mass College of Liberal Arts, Murdock Hall Renovation

    The complete interior and partial exterior renovation of Murdock Hall has been completed at the Mass College of Liberal Arts in North Adams
  • Mass Maritime Academy Pier Replacement

    As part of an effort to upgrade facilities at The Massachusetts Maritime Academy in Bourne, The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) demolished an aging, failing bulkhead and attached wharf, and replaced it with a new 350' wharf constructed of concrete and steel.
  • Westfield State College - Accessibility Improvements for Library & Campus Center

    This project was initiated because the library and campus center did not meet accessibility requirements. The solution provides a new at-grade entrance with elevator that serves all floors. The bookstore is relocated to a prominent location on the main floor. The new lobby is designed to have informal seating on all three levels with commanding views of the campus green.
  • Worcester State College - Administration Building Renovations

    Construction is now complete in the Administration Building, which had not been comprehensively renovated since its construction in 1931. The scope of work included replacement of all major building systems, repairs to the building envelope, and reconfiguration of the building to accommodate administrative offices.
