Construction is now complete in the Administration Building, which had not been comprehensively renovated since its construction in 1931. The scope of work included replacement of all major building systems, repairs to the building envelope, and reconfiguration of the building to accommodate administrative offices. Both the Administration Building and the adjacent Sullivan Building were disconnected from the antiquated heating system that served both buildings, and new boilers have been installed in Sullivan to feed both of these buildings.
- LEED Gold Certification
- Replacement of all major building systems including new boiler installations
- Theater renovation to improve functionality and accessibility
- A new entrance and lobby area at the back of the building to reorient the building's main entrance toward the center of campus
