General Contractor: Northern Contracting Corp.
Substantial Completion Date: Spring 2014

This project will improve building accessibility through replacement of the existing Main entry doors (on Ashburton Place), replacement of the Lobby turnstiles, repairs to the Bowdoin Street stairs, and the associated mechanical and electrical service.

Work is scheduled to begin on December 6th, and will be restricted to the later hours of 4PM and on to minimize inconvenience to building occupants and visitors.

The initial scope of work will include construction of a temporary vestibule entrance adjacent to the existing Main entrance on Ashburton Place.  This work will take approximately 10 (ten) days to complete.

The next phase of construction scheduled to begin Monday, March 24th, will consist of the removal and replacement of the existing Main entry vestibule doors. This work will take approximately 12 (twelve) weeks to complete.

During this time we will have additional security and operations personnel available to direct the public and help anyone needing assistance entering or exiting the building. Informational signage will also be posted throughout the building.

Please see the phasing plan and sketches for this project.
