The Massachusetts Army National Guard, Reading maintenance shop replaces an overcrowded and unsafe shop at the Haverhill Street Armory in Reading. Federally funded, this project contains a 61,600 sq. ft. shop with maintenance bays, training and personnel areas.

- Steel framed structure with CMU and insulated metal wall panels with a standing seam metal roof.
- 14 vehicle maintenance bays, one DS maintenance bay, training and personnel areas.
- 3,840 sq. ft. cold storage building
- Site improvements include vehicle parking, wash platforms, fuel storage, lube and inspection rack, loading ramp, controlled waste handling facility, sidewalks, outside lighting, new access road and new utility corridor
