Westborough State Hospital Reuse
As authorized by Chapter 1 of the Resolves of 2010, the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) and the Westborough State Hospital Reuse Planning Commission have commissioned a reuse planning study. The report, undertaken by Sasaki Associates and GLC Development Resources, is anticipated in the summer of 2011.

Fisher Hill Reservoir, Brookline
The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) consistent with its statutory authority under Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2008 sold the Fisher Hill Reservoir property to the Town of Brookline for $800,000 on February 10, 2011. The Town will utilize the property for a new 10 acre public park.

Former Foxborough State Hospital
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts through the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) entered into a purchase and sales agreement with VinCo Properties on February 28, 2005 for the redevelopment of 93 acres of land that was a portion of the former Foxborough State Hospital (FSH) Campus.

Worcester State Hospital Farmland, Worcester
The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) sold 32 acres of former Worcester State Hospital farmland for $1,060,000 to Worcester Business Development Corporation (WBDC) and transferred 180 acres of prime agricultural soils to Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (MDAR) in February 2010.

Cen-Tech Park, Shrewsbury
The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) sold 70.31 acres of underutilized land, formerly a portion of Grafton State Hospital, on Green Street and Cen-Tech Boulevard in the town of Shrewsbury to the Worcester Business Development Corporation for $1,306,000. WBDC will utilize the land for the construction of Cen-Tech Park East, an industrial technology park, that will provide approximately 650,000 SF of development and providing about 600 temporary and permanent jobs.

Former Rutland State Hospital
The former Rutland Heights State Hospital property, comprising approximately 85 acres, is located off Maple Avenue (Route 56) in a primarily residential neighborhood approximately 1/2 mile from the Town center. The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) has been authorized to convey this site to the Rutland Development and Industrial Commission (RDIC) for a variety of possible uses including light industrial, commercial/retail, senior housing and municipal uses.
