Pursuant to Executive Orders 524 & 526, the Commissioner of the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAM), as designee of the Secretary of Administration and Finance, has developed the Goals and Procedures pdf format of mbe-guide-12-1-13 to encourage full participation by minority business enterprises (MBEs) and women businesses enterprises (WBEs) (collectively M/WBEs) on contracts for design services entered into by DCAM.

Design contractors need to file/submit the following documents completed by M/WBE's who intend to work on the project:
