DCAMM's Office of Real Estate Management (OREM) has sold the following Commonwealth Properties under the authority of Chapter 153 of the Acts of 2010.

Chelsea: 24 Hillside Avenue (0.15 acres)
Chelsea 24 Hillside Pursuant to Chapter 153 of the Acts of 2010, the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) sold the subject property through public auction to Steven Waxman for $42, 350 on October 4, 2010. The sale closed on December 3, 2010.

Foxborough: 32 Payson Road (0.92 acres)
Foxborough 32 Payson Pursuant to Chapter 153 of the Acts of 2010, the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) sold the subject property through public auction to J.M.B. Development, LLC for $280,500 on October 4, 2010. The sale closed on January 7, 2011.

Plymouth: 76 Court Street (0.41 acres) - Former Plymouth Armory
Pursuant to Chapter 153 of the Acts of 2010, the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) sold the subject property through public auction to Plymouth Armory, LLC for $418,000 on October 4, 2010. The sale closed on January 14, 2011.

Boston: 20 Addison Street and 600 Chelsea Street (1.59 acres)
Pursuant to Chapter 153 of the Acts of 2010, the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) sold the subject property through public auction to Charles Patsios for $385,000 on January 24, 2011. Expected to close in late Fall 2011

Marlborough: 525 Maple Street (0.95 acres) - Former Registry of Motor Vehicles Building
Pursuant to Chapter 153 of the Acts of 2010, the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) sold the subject property through public auction to Milo Realty Trust for $303,600 on January 24, 2011. The sale closed on 8/26/11.
Lawrence: Registry of Deeds Building, 381 Common Street
This ±.56 acre parcel is improved with a ±41,600 sq. ft. three story brick building which formerly housed the Registry of Deeds. The property is centrally located in the heart of a revitalization area in downtown and includes a paved parking area. Expected to close on 11/9/11.
Norton: 59 Acre Industrial Parcel, 8 Hill Street
This site represents a prime development opportunity and has frontage on both Hill Street and Washington Street. The property is wooded and at grade and is zoned Industrial. Expected to close on 12/15/11.
Westborough: Miscellaneous
