State-of-the-art communications are becoming increasingly important to us all. Towards this goal, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is making selected sites available for lease for communications infrastructure*. These sites may provide excellent opportunities to improve the reliability of telecommunications networks across the state. You may contact us at Telecom@state.ma.us to schedule a site visit. All proposals, except where indicated, must include the use of existing structures/areas. More details are available in the Request for Proposals (RFPs). Most RFPs will be open for an entire year, and each RFP has separate closing dates for proposals. Anticipated projected cumulative lease value for approved sites over the initial ten year term is approximately $1.5 million.
