Drought and Water Conservation Notice (August 2016)
The Commonwealth is in the midst of a serious drought. The areas most affected are the northeast and central part of the state, but all parts of the state have rainfall well below normal. The DEP/ Bureau of Water Resources Notice
recently issued should help clarify the current status in your region.
Water conservation is always important, but even more so given these drought conditions. Public facility managers are asked to take appropriate measures to conserve water.
Please see DCR - Water Conservation for Public Facilities and DCAMM Recommendations about interior use and HVAC for some helpful tips and links.
Thank you for your serious attention to this matter.
