The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) Office of Facilities Management and Maintenance (OFMM) has developed a referral service for procurement specifications to aid Massachusetts State Facilities Professionals with building maintenance service activities. The documents are available from specifications used by other Massachusetts Facilities, professional associations and trade groups.

If you are a State of Massachusetts Building Management Professional and would like to obtain specifications to conduct maintenance services at your facility, please contact Edward Nicosia, Chairperson of the MAFMA Contracts Committee by e-mail at Edward.Nicosia@state.ma.us Upon receipt of your request, the DCAMM-OFMM will locate scopes of work from other State of Massachusetts Building Management Professionals and have them sent directly to you.
