State Transportation Building Conference Rooms

The State Transportation Building has 6 conference rooms located in the second floor atrium area.  Please read the State Transportation Building Conference Rooms Information  document and you can check the current schedule availability within the next five months in the chart below:

If you would like to reserve a conference room, first check the room schedules listed above for date and time availability.  If open, please fill out the conference room reservation form  and e-mail it to ryan.samuels@state.ma.us. 

After all the information has been put into the calendar, you will receive an e-mail confirming your conference room reservation.  Any questions, please call 617-973-7200 and speak to Ryan Samuels.
