  • Acknowledge receipt of the Acceptable Use policy addendums

Supervisors, Managers or Directors 

  • Supervisors, Managers or Directors make up the first line of accountability for staff compliance
  • Human Resources shall support supervisors, managers and directors as needed in the awareness and enforcement of this policy

Reporting Incidents

  • Report incidents of information security abuse to the Human Resources Officer.
  • When the security breach involves or may involve criminal activity, report the incident to the Legal Unit or other law enforcement officials.
