If your agency is listed above and you need LAN/Desktop assistance, please contact the Team through Service Desk Express. An incident may also be reported by calling the ANF User Support Line at 617-887-5911 and selecting Option 2 when prompted.

  • Hours of operation: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • After-hours callers with non-emergency issues will leave a message.
  • After-hours emergency callers will be re-directed and on-call personnel will be contacted.
