    CommonWiki is provided by an Enterprise Wiki solution called Confluence. CommonWiki is primarily used as a collaboration and knowledge management tool and is not intended to be a repository for static documents or for storing source code or configuration data.

    Interchange offers Messaging, File Transfer functionality and a dedicated protocol gateway which enforces the Enterprise security policy.

  • Legacy Secure File

    This service is being retired in FY13 and all customers are migrating to Interchange.

  • ViewDirect Content Management

    ITD provides access to archived Reports, Documents, Audio/Video files, Images etc, via ViewDirect Content management solution.
