The Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) is the Executive Branch’s service provider for networking, hosting, unified communications, telecommunications, and desktop infrastructure. Through and other digital platforms, EOTSS works closely with Commonwealth agencies to help deliver a modern, responsive, and “constituents-first” approach to digital services. For these services and more, EOTSS is focused on protecting our digital assets and working to enhance the Commonwealth’s cybersecurity posture.

EOTSS places our customers and constituents at the heart of everything we do.  We offer responsive digital services and productivity tools to more than 40,000 state employees, who provide essential information and services to the citizens of the Commonwealth.

The digital services and tools we provide – such as – enable taxpayers, drivers, businesses, visitors, families, and other citizens to do business with the Commonwealth in a way that makes every interaction with government easier, faster, and more secure.

For new or existing customers, most of our services can be accessed through our IT service management system: ServiceNow.
