This program is devoted to supporting research programs in state government and requires a valid State Library borrower's card. Because there are sometimes fees and substantial research time involved, we cannot supply non-work materials for personal reading or continuing education courses; please inquire at your local public library about acquiring these through its interlibrary loan service.

Patrons are responsible for materials on loan to them and are subject to replacement fees for damaged or lost volumes.
