This program is devoted to supporting research programs in state government and requires a valid State Library borrower's card. Because there are sometimes fees and substantial research time involved, we cannot supply non-work materials for personal reading or continuing education courses; please inquire at your local public library about acquiring these through its interlibrary loan service.
