The Board will issue a written explanation of its decision if a party requests. These written explanations are called Findings of Fact and Report ("Findings").
Findings are only available in appeals under the Formal Procedure. See Rule #32.
Copies of Findings are now available on this website, starting with calendar year 2000.
For copies of earlier Findings, please contact the Board.
