Division of Administrative Law Appeals
The Division of Administrative Law Appeals is an independent panel that conducts adjudicatory hearings on appeals of rulings by certain state agencies or as a result of notification of intended state agency action. The Division receives approximately 1,300 appeals each year.
Budget Recommendations
The amount recommended for Fiscal Year 2000 will enable the Division to provide the same level of services as in Fiscal Year 1999.
