0640-0000	For the operation of the state lottery commission and arts lottery; provided, that not less than $8,771,160 shall be made available from this item for costs associated with the tax exempt lease purchase of the Massachusetts state lottery commission`s computer system; and provided further, that a sum equal to 25 per cent of the amount appropriated herein shall be transferred each quarter from the State Lottery Fund to the General Fund	70,149,040

0640-0005	For the costs associated with the continued implementation of the game of keno, so called; provided, that a sum equal to 25 per cent of the amount appropriated herein shall be transferred each quarter from the State Lottery Fund to the General Fund	1,360,141

0640-0010	For the promotional activities associated with the state lottery program; provided, that a sum equal to 25 per cent of the amount appropriated herein shall be transferred each quarter from the State Lottery Fund to the General Fund	400,000

STATE LOTTERY COMMISSION - HEALTH AND WELFARE BENEFITS
0640-0096	For the purpose of the commonwealth`s fiscal year 2000 contributions to the health and welfare fund established pursuant to the collective bargaining agreement between the lottery commission and the Service Employees International Union, Local 254, AFL-CIO; provided, that said contributions shall be paid to said fund on such basis as said collective bargaining agreement provides	280,410
