EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES ADMINISTRATION
4000-0100   For the operation of the office of the secretary of health and human services; provided, that the office shall approve health and human services agencies' investigative procedures, review all reports of said agencies' investigations, and conduct investigations into incidents and instances of malfeasance which come to the attention of the secretary whenever it is deemed appropriate by the secretary; provided further, that the office may provide technical and administrative assistance to agencies receiving federal funds; provided further, that not more than $55,000 shall be expended for a domestic violence coordinator; and provided further, that $100,000 shall be made available for the managed care oversight board 2,407,992

4000-0110   For matching grants to municipalities in neighborhoods identified by the secretary of health and human services as benefiting from intensive proactive intervention, for a program to prevent high rates of juvenile delinquency and teen pregnancy, and to promote high school completion for at-risk youths, so called 3,000,000
