0640-0096	For the purpose of the commonwealth's fiscal year 2002 contributions to the health and welfare fund established pursuant to the collective bargaining agreement between the lottery commission and the Service Employees International Union, Local 254, AFL-CIO; provided, that said contributions shall be paid to said fund on such basis as said collective bargaining agreement provides; and provided further, that a sum equal to 25 per cent of the amount appropriated herein shall be transferred each quarter from the State Lottery Fund to the General Fund	318,063
