4110-1010   For aid to the adult blind; provided, that funds may be expended from this item for burial expenses incurred in the prior fiscal year; provided further, that the commissioner shall submit on a monthly basis to the secretary of administration and finance a status report on program expenditures, savings and revenues, and public assistance caseloads and benefits; and provided further, that said report shall track the number of persons receiving benefits under this program, by living arrangement, and the total amount of benefits funded by this item, by living arrangement, and the number of funerals paid for from this item, if any, and the total amount of funeral expenses paid, if any 8,369,809

FERGUSON INDUSTRIES FOR THE BLIND
4110-4000   For the operation of the Ferguson industries for the blind; provided, that retired workshop employees shall receive grants equal to three-fourths of the salaries of current workshop employees 2,184,492
