STATE LOTTERY COMMISSION - HEALTH AND WELFARE BENEFITS
0640-0096	For the purpose of the commonwealth`s fiscal year 2003 contributions to the health and welfare fund established pursuant to the collective bargaining agreement between the lottery commission and the Service Employees International Union, Local 254, AFL-CIO; provided, that said contributions shall be paid to said fund on such basis as said collective bargaining agreement provides; and provided further, that a sum equal to 25 per cent of the amount appropriated herein shall be transferred each quarter from the State Lottery Fund to the General Fund	340,260
