SECTION 149.
Subsection (a) of section 26 of said chapter 118G, as inserted by section 101 of chapter 184 of the acts of 2002 is hereby amended by striking the definition of "pharmacy" and inserting in place thereof the following:- "Pharmacy", any retail drug business licensed by the board of registration in pharmacy in accordance with chapter 112 that is authorized to dispense controlled substances, including retail drug business as defined in section 1 of chapter 94C, and pharmacies licensed in accordance with chapter 94C that dispense drugs to individuals pursuant to a written prescription, including outpatient pharmacies of hospitals, community health center pharmacies, clinic pharmacies, and any other pharmacies that the division determines must be included within the federal class of "outpatient prescription drugs."
