Racing Assessments and Fees
SECTION 159.
Subsection (h) of section 5 of chapter 128A of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 12 of chapter 300 of the acts of 2002, is hereby amended by striking sub-paragraph (6) and inserting in place thereof the following:- (6) any remaining revenues shall be deposited in the General Fund.
